The second edition of the Flanders Open Rugby tournament took place in 1995, known as the ‘Ford Flanders Open Rugby’. It featured a total of 18 teams, representing five different countries, who fiercely competed against each other. The tournament brought together a diverse range of talent and showcased the growing popularity of rugby in the region.

The tournament was won by Humberside Firebrigade.
